Producer, designer, performer, and artist Pharrell Williams of the Neptunes and N*E*R*D arrives at the Serpentine Gallery summer party in London.
Pharrell gets a strong pat on the back for thinking outside the box with his look. From the waist down he's saying, "I'm casual and eccentric." From the waist up he looks relaxed and polished. Overall, this is a classic English aesthetic.
