Beyoncé stuns in head to [peep] toe Tom Ford at the screening of her self-titled visual album held Saturday night at New York's School of Visual Arts. The sheer, appliquéd mini dress from Ford's Spring 2014 collection fit the star like a glove and the matching slouchy, thigh-high boots are the perfect complement. My one criticism: those luscious blonde locks look sleek, but this is such a missed opportunity to re-debut her infamous pixie cut.
I think we can all agree that the model on the runway doesn't even compare.
